When it’s there, any time ole Duder gets the munchies, all Dude has to do is reach in the frig and grab a bowl of the tasty stuff, enjoy and Abide he does. Dude’s Mom used to make it and he has always loved this combination of tuna, macaroni and mayo, with some crunchy fresh Celery to boot. It is quick and easy to make and takes just about 15 minutes to put together. Make a big bowl to keep on had, and whenever you get a little hungry, it’s right there in the frig, ready to go.

2 cans TUNA (use whatever brand is on sale)

1 lb. Elbow Macaroni

3 Celery Stalks cut into medium dice

¾ cup good quality Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Gulden’s or Dijon Mustard

¼  teaspoon Salt and 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

Cook the Elbow Macaroni according to directions on package.

While macaroni is cooking, open tuna cans. Drain them of all water or oil in can. Place Tuna, celery, Mustard, Mayonnaise, salt, & pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together.

When macaroni has finished cooking, remove from stove and drain. Run cold water over macaroni for about 3 minutes. Drain all water off of macaroni in a colander or wire strainer.

Add cooked cooled Macaroni in bowl with Tuna and other ingredients and mix thoroughly with a large spoon. You’re finished. Place the Macaroni &Tuna Salad in a large  sealed container and let  cool in the refrigerator, and you’re set.

So there you have it friend, The Dudes Famous Macaroni and Tuna Salad. It’s Awesome! Dude’s glad you tried it and just knows you’re gonna love this baby a long time, just like Ole Duder does, so enjoy.

PS .. A little Dude advice. Dude suggest whenever you see a good deal (Sale) on canned Tuna at Ralph’s or your favorite supermarket, pick-up a few cans, stock up and save. Five cans of sale priced tuna at .79 cents a can is just $3.95 . Those same 5 cans at regular price of $1.29, or  $6.45 total.  Pretty smart, keep doing that, and… Abide in that!

ABIDE in IT !!!
